Commercial Roof Systems

Metal

Metal Blue Roof Standing Seam Roofing employs a hidden fastener and results in a continuous site formed panel from ridge to eave. This roofing system offers a wide range of colors and panel sizes. Altogether, standing seam steel, copper or zinc panels represent the long term solution for wall and roof covering. Offering a life expectancy of 50 years or better, more and more businesses are making the switch. You have most recently seen this type of roof on your local church, school, or strip mall. Metal, not just for barns anymore.

Two-Ply Torch-Down

Rubber Roof Rubber roofing offers high durability with the need for little maintenance. A little more expensive than single ply, it offers a lot more durability and life to your roof. This system is most commonly installed on flat surface roofs, you might have seen it on the tops of warehouses, industrial parks, and other non-sloped roofs

Tar & Gravel

Gravel Roof The conventional tar and gravel roof is actually a composite of felt paper and oxidized asphalt. The newer tar and gravel roof systems utilize many different products in their assemblies. Due to the decreasing quality of the roofing felt paper and the oxidized asphalt, other products have begun to emerge as carriers felts) and adhesives (asphalt). Most recently the development of rubberized asphalt as a base adhesive as well as glass or composite ply felts as a carrier for the asphalt, to prevent it from moving on the roofs surface, has resulted in high quality roof systems with a traditional "tar and gravel" appearance. New age tar and gravel roof systems greatly outperform their earlier counterparts and provide the lasting durability that a home or building owner desires.

Single-Ply

PVC Roofing Single ply roofing systems are becoming the choice roofing membrane for building owners with construction time constraints. Single ply membranes come in various thicknesses and require different application knowledge and techniques. Single-Ply is applied in a variety of manners and forms including PVC, EPDM (rubber), and TOP (tar paper only). We are experienced in the application of all these types, and offer them at very competitive prices. With a varying degree of products we can find the right one for you. Most common applications include large warehouses, apartment complexes, and some restaurants.
